In addition, as part of our supplier onboarding process, we require you to submit information regarding how you ensure that both Modern Slavery and Conflict Minerals are not contained within your supply chain.
Modern Slavery
The introduction of the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (Modern Slavery Laws), requires businesses to do more to address risks of modern slavery. MMT takes this responsibility seriously.
Conflict Minerals
The term Conflict Minerals describes 4 elements - Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten and Gold, and is commonly referred to as 3TG.
Consideration to be on our supply list will only take place after all three of these forms are completed.
